Millex Millet Dosa mix made from fine blend of millet grains (Kudo millet,Little millet, Foxtail millet, Red Rice,Urad Dal etc)which makes perfect substitute for ordinary rice Dosa.
Healthy and Tasty DOSA made of Traditional and Ancient Grains.
Just add curd and water. Ready in 15 minutes.
Cooking Method:
Step 1: Add 1 measure Mix to 1/2 measure sour curd and 1 measure of warm water and set aside for 10 minutes
Step 2: Spread 1 scoop of batter on a pre heated non stick tawa and add a spoon of oil or ghee.
Step 3: Roast both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney or vegetable curry.
Suggestion: You can add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves. Salt is already added in the pre mix, you can add little salt as per your taste buds.
